Where Have I been?

Happy New Year!

I am so happy to blog again! I was last active in 2022, I am so sorry for dropping off my Blog journey with you! A lot has gone on between my sabbatical from work and my private life. I would say the biggest reason my blogging came to a screeching halt is because my father passed away abruptly, and I had the hardest time accepting it. As a result, I chose to move out of my previous office that I had been in for 5 years. Thereafter, I took a year off to grieve where rented a tiny room and I saw limited clientele. This was helpful for me because I was able to accept my father’s death and from here I started putting back the missing pieces to my life.

In 2025, I invite you to join me! Let’s get to the positive part of what I am up to now as the founder of Sugarlillies.

For the most part, I have been focused on setting up a beautiful space at my new location (Bello Salon Suites) for 2 years. I love it here! This location is very welcoming, convenient, and inviting because it also has an open space to include comfortable chairs to wait in, free tea or coffee, or flavored sparking water if you like.

I am available to you, I am grateful for you, and I am committed to you! I look forward to seeing you very soon. For those of you who are out of the area, stay tuned for SUGARLILLIES AT HOME!
